Zenu Polyclinic Health Facility Improvement

We are raising funds to equip Zenu Polyclinic with a Neonatal Resuscitaire machine and Phototherapy machines to combat high rates of jaundice and save lives during delivery.

The Zenu Polyclinic is a key healthcare provider for thousands in the local community, but it currently lacks critical, life-saving equipment for its newest and most vulnerable patients. The absence of a neonatal resuscitaire machine means that newborns who require resuscitation after birth are at extreme risk. Additionally, without phototherapy machines, the hospital is unable to effectively treat newborns suffering from neonatal jaundice, a common condition that can lead to severe complications if left untreated.

Our goal is to change this reality. We are seeking to procure and donate these two vital pieces of equipment to the Zenu Polyclinic.

• Phototherapy Machines: These machines are essential for the effective management of neonatal jaundice, a condition that can cause irreversible brain damage if not treated promptly.
• Neonatal Resuscitaire Machine: This device is critical for helping newborns with breathing difficulties immediately after birth, a key factor in reducing infant mortality rates.
